Ordering on our website is secure. Shopping Cart Security: All transactions take place over 100% secure, SSL server. Once you are taken to the payment info page of our shopping cart, you will notice the LOCK or KEY in your browser, indicating that the transaction is being done over a secure server.

Shipping Rates

Most orders over $100.00 qualify for free ground shipping within the Continental US.

We ship to APO addresses. Please enter a flat rate of $9.95. Extra heavy packages may be charged $14.95 and up.

For International Orders, please enter a flat rate of $35.00. Extra heavy packages may be charged $45.00 and up.

US orders will be shipped via UPS according to package weight. We do not make money on shipping. All rates charged are discounted rates that we pass on to our customers.

Address Accuracy, Re-routing, & Forwarding Fees:
Please double-check your shipping address on the order form before submitting your order. A forwarding fee is issued for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered into our order form. We do not re-enter or type this information again. You will be charged a $5 fee for corrections since Fed-Ex or UPS will have charged us a $5 fee. Please note if a forwarding fee does occur, we will email you notification of the fee, reason for the charge, and the date of the charge. Likewise, if your address is incorrect and we ship your package via USPS, it may simply be returned to us.

Please be accurate and double-check your shipping address to avoid any forwarding fees and receive your package as scheduled.

If you wish to mail your order we will accept a check or money order in US dollars. Your check will be held until it clears which will delay your order. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Orders paid by money order will ship without delay.

We check all orders for fraud. We will check your billing address, your credit card information, your IP address and much more. If you submit a fraudulant order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area. We do this to protect our good customers.

Return Policy

Our Returns Policy Is Simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any unopened item. Products not exchanged are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Returns Are Easy. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

International shipping

We will ship any product in our store to any country. We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country.
It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in
countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office,
although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your
country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that
you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for
whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, lost by your country or you refuse it, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
